MANUTENZIONE E GARANZIA DEL MATERASSO

È importante prendersi cura del proprio materasso. Durante le prime settimane di uso, le imbottiture potrebbero formare degli incavi al posto delle spalle e dei fianchi. Ciò è perfettamente normale e non è imputabile ad un difetto del materasso. Rivoltando regolarmente il materasso, si riduce questo effetto contribuendo a garantire un consumo uniforme. In generale è comunque consigliabile rovesciare il materasso ogni 15 giorni per evitare ristagno di umidità.
COSA FARE
  • Quando ci si alza al mattino, rimuovere le coperte per lasciare il letto aperto. Il corpo umano di notte emana un terzo di litro di umidità ed il letto deve asciugarsi e prendere aria per almeno venti minuti prima di essere rifatto.
  • È opportuno l’uso di fodere coprimaterasso per evitare la formazione di macchie; tengono il materasso pulito e possono essere tolte per pulirlo quando necessario.
  • Per i bambini più piccoli e le persone con problemi di incontinenza è utile impiegare un telo protettivo di gomma.
  • Quando il materasso è nuovo o quando è rimasto inutilizzato per un po di tempo, è buona norma lasciarlo scoperto all’aria per qualche ora.
  • Utilizzare il materasso esclusivamente su basi arieggiate che consentano l’evaporazione dell’umidità corporea.
  • Per i modelli sfoderabili si raccomanda il lavaggio del rivestimento esclusivamente secondo le modalità indicate.
  • Per rimuovere la polvere occorre spazzolare delicatamente o utilizzare aspiratori a bassa potenza.
COSA NON FARE
  • Non lasciare l’involucro plastico di protezione su un materasso nuovo.
  • In caso di trasloco, assicurarsi che gli operai addetti non arrotolino e leghino i materassi e non cercare mai di schiacciarli nel bagagliaio di un auto o sul portapacchi.
  • Se si possiede una termocoperta, va utilizzata seguendo le istruzioni del produttore.
  • Non fare saltare i bambini sul letto, potrebbero danneggiarlo.
  • Non usare mai un materasso su una base inadatta, ciò ridurrebbe la durata del materasso.
  • Non macchiare il materasso. In caso di incidente, occorre intervenire subito al fine di evitare che acqua o altri liquidi penetrino nell’imbottitura.
  • Se il materasso viene sporcato seriamente, ad esempio in caso di periodi di malattia, se ne consiglia la sostituzione.
  • Non utilizzare vaporizzatori o sterilizzatori a vapore. Questo tipo di manutenzione aumenta il grado di umidità e non risolve il problema degli acari.
  • Evitare assolutamente l’utilizzo di solventi, asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

It is important to take care of your own mattress. During the first weeks of use, the padding could form some grooves in the shoulder and hips areas. This is perfectly normal and is not due to a defect of the mattress. Turning the mattress over regularly reduces this effect and helps to ensure a uniform use of the mattress. In general it is advisable to turn the mattress over every 15 days to prevent humidity accumulation.

WHAT TO DO
  • When you get up in the morning, remove the covers to leave the bed airy.
  • Over the night the human body gives off a third of a liter of humidity and the bed must dry and air for at least twenty minutes before being made again.
  • It is appropriate to use mattress covers to prevent the formation of stains. They keep the mattress clean and can be removed for cleaning it when necessary.
  • For younger children and people with incontinence problems it is helpful to use a protective rubber towel.
  • When the mattress is new or when it has been stored for some time, it is advisable to leave itoutside in the open air for a few hours.
  • Use the mattress only on airy bases that allow evaporation of body humidity.
  • For removable models we recommend washing the upholstery in accordance with the instructions given.
  • To remove dust gently brush or use low vacuum power.
WHAT NOT TO DO
  • Do not leave the protective plastic wrap on a new mattress.
  • If you move, make sure that the workers in charge do not roll up and bind the mattresses, nor try to squeeze them in the boot of a car or on the luggage rack.
  • If you have an electric blanket, it is to be used following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Do not allow children to jump on the bed. They could damage it.
  • Never use a mattress on an unsuitable base, this would reduce the length of the mattress.
  • Do not stain the mattress. In case of accident, action must be taken immediately in order to avoid water or other liquids to get into the padding.
  • If the mattress is seriously dirtied, for example, in case of periods of illness, it is advisable to replace it.
  • Do not use sprays or steam sterilizers. This type of maintenance increases the degree of humidity and does not solve the problem with dust mites.
  • Do not allow use of solvents, hair-dryers and irons.

GARANZIA

  • Il materasso MECFLEX che risultasse imperfetto per difetto di costruzione o di struttura sarà sostituito o riparato nel termine previsto dalla legge (24 mesi). Il costo del trasporto è sempre a carico dell’acquirente.
  • Non sarà dato corso alla garanzia se il materasso MECFLEX non avrà una base d’appoggio adeguata.
  • La garanzia non copre il normale abbassamento che le imbottiture potrebbero subire col tempo in quanto non compromette l’efficienza del prodotto. Inoltre la garanzia non è valida se il rivestimento del materasso è danneggiato o igienicamente compromesso.
  • La garanzia è valida limitatamente a chi ha effettuato l’acquisto.
  • Il traliccio di rivestimento del materasso è escluso dalla garanzia.
  • Tutte le spese di trasporto sono a carico dell’acquirente.
  • L’acquirente ha l’obbligo di conservare per la durata della garanzia certificato e titolo d’acquisto.
  • In ogni corrispondenza diretta alla ditta l’acquirente deve indicare il nome del venditore.
  • Ogni eventuale controversia è regolata dalle norme del CC, il Foro competente sarà quello di Lecce.

WARRANTY

  • The MECFLEX mattress that turns out to be imperfect due to construction or structure defect will be replaced or repaired within the period prescribed by law (24 months). The transport expenses are always charged to the purchaser.
  • The warranty will not have any effect if the MECFLEX mattress does not have an adequate support base.
  • The warranty does not cover the normal lowering that the padding may suffer over time as it does not compromise the efficiency of the product. Furthermore, the warranty is not valid if the mattress cover is damaged or hygienically compromised.
  • The warranty applies only to those who have purchased the product.
  • The covering frame work of the mattress is excluded from the warranty.
  • All the transport expenses are charged to the purchaser.
  • The buyer is obliged to keep the certificate and purchase documents for the duration of the warranty.
  • In any direct correspondence to the company the purchaser shall disclose the name of the vendor.
  • Any litigation will be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the jurisdiction is established in Lecce.
